Mission and public benefit
OmniCYBR serves the public by teaching cybersecurity through safe competitions, free learning resources, and teamwork. We help learners understand technical methods and the responsibility that comes with security work.
Our public website provides information without requiring a private account. It includes educational guides, program descriptions, legal information, a Code of Conduct, and responsible disclosure instructions.
Financial and commercial context
Asociația OmniCYBR was registered on 30 July 2026. The association has not yet completed a full annual reporting period, so an annual activity report and annual financial statement are not yet available.
This website does not sell products or services, offer paid consultations, display advertising, or use affiliate links. The learning resources published here are free to read.
The website has one support route. On the Formularul 230 page, a Romanian taxpayer can direct 3,5% of the income tax they already owe to the association, instead of that part staying with the state budget. This is a redirection of existing tax and not a payment, so it costs the person nothing. The association prepares the form and submits it to ANAF.
After a reporting period is complete and the relevant documents are approved, public annual reporting can be added to this page. We will not present projections or unverified figures as completed impact.
