Asociația OmniCYBR is a nonprofit association based in Constanța, Romania. We help people learn cybersecurity through authorized competitions, public learning resources, and teamwork.
Why OmniCYBR exists
Cybersecurity affects schools, public services, businesses, and daily communication. People need a safe way to understand how digital systems fail and how to make them more secure.
Technical education can be difficult to access. It can also assume that every learner already knows the language, tools, and customs of the security community. OmniCYBR reduces that barrier. We explain technical terms, give learners a defined system to test, and make responsible conduct part of the learning process.
Our work starts from a simple principle: security is a team sport. Learners improve when they solve problems together, record their methods, and share useful explanations. Mentors, challenge authors, organizers, and participants all contribute to this process.

We provide authorized challenges where teams can practice investigation, problem solving, and clear technical communication.
Authors and mentors
Challenge authors and mentors can help other people learn. They can explain methods, review challenge ideas, and support safe practice.
Schools and communities
Education groups can contact OmniCYBR to discuss cybersecurity learning, community activities, and possible collaboration.
How we work
We use purpose-built challenges and systems that participants have permission to test. We do not present unauthorized access as learning. Our Code of Conduct applies to events, workshops, official community channels, and organizer-led activities.
We publish educational material as HTML on this website so that people can find and read it without a private account. Discord supports announcements and discussion, but it does not replace the website as the public source of information.
We identify completed work accurately. OmniCTF 2026 is a completed program with a public competition archive. New events or services will appear on this website only when their details are confirmed.

Cybersecurity knowledge is useful only when it is taught and applied responsibly. These commitments guide the public work described on this website.
- Public access: Our current learning guides are free to read on this website and do not require an account.
- Authorized practice: We teach testing only on purpose-built challenge systems, local practice environments, or systems whose owners gave clear permission.
- Privacy: We ask participants to protect private data and to share only the information needed for learning or reporting a concern.
- Honest reporting: We separate completed work from future plans and publish only outcomes that we can support with evidence.
- Respect and access: We welcome learners with different backgrounds and experience levels, use plain language, and provide an email route for accessibility requests.
