This website
This website does not provide user accounts, accept payments, or handle card details. It does not include advertising or affiliate links. It has one form, on the Formularul 230 page, and you can read every other page without sending us anything. The site is delivered by a hosting provider, which can process technical information such as an IP address, browser details, request time, and requested page to deliver and protect the service.
Formularul 230 and the 3,5% income tax redirection
If you complete the form on the Formularul 230 page, we process the name, the initial of your father's given name, the given name, the personal numeric code (CNP), the home address, the email address, the telephone number, and the signature that you draw on screen. We use this information for one purpose: to prepare and submit Formularul 230 to ANAF, the Romanian tax authority.
The legal basis is your consent, which you give with the checkboxes on that page. The CNP is necessary because the official ANAF form uses it to identify the taxpayer. The form does not ask for an amount, because ANAF calculates the sum from your annual income tax.
Your entries are sent to the association by email. This website does not store them, and it does not keep them in your browser. The only recipient outside the association is ANAF, through the submitted form. We keep the completed form for as long as the law requires us to justify the submission, and then delete it.
You can ask for a correction, ask us to withdraw the request before we submit it, or withdraw your consent, by writing to f230@omnictf.com with the registration number shown to you after you submit. If you prefer not to enter your data online, ask us for the form on paper.
If you email OmniCYBR, we receive the address, name, message, and attachments that you choose to send. We use that information to answer the message, manage participation or a reported concern, and keep necessary organizational records.
Do not send passwords, authentication tokens, private keys, identity documents, or unrelated personal data in an initial email.

Your choices
You can ask what personal information OmniCYBR holds about your direct contact with the association, request a correction, or ask for deletion when no legal or safety reason requires retention. We may need enough information to confirm that a request concerns you.
